English Scenarios 3 app for iPhone and iPad

The English Scenario Mobile Apps are a subset of the extensive Scenarios that you will find on the Language Campus. The Scenarios within each of the Apps, allow you to practice your conversational English while you are on the go, and then quiz yourself on your comprehension. Failing comprehension is the most common reason why students fail English language tests such as IELTS and ESOL exams.

English is the most important language in the world today and conversational English is needed in all parts of life. The Language Campus Mobile English Apps allow you to practice your conversational English and learn the small differences in English culture.

This App is in the form of a Role Play Game where you converse with a native speaker of English. You need to be careful not to upset or offend the character, or your conversation will end. Finish the conversion with the character still in a good mood and having energy, and you will receive a star on your menu. Playing the level again to see if you can achieve another star with different answers. This will improve you cultural sensitivity.

In English Scenario 3, you will converse with a Business Man who will give you tips on using a smartphone for learning English.

Test you comprehension with a quiz on each conversation. The questions are chosen at random and are not always the same. See if you can get to the end of the questions with no incorrect answers to receive stars on your quiz menu.

Each menu and context sensitive help screen have been localised in German, Spanish, Japanese and Chinese. These will automatically change with the language setting of your iPhone.

This Role Play Simulation will allow you to learn English in a safe and simulated environment, teaching culture differences and testing your comprehension. Play with the sound on to hear and repeat the English, or play in quiet mode for extra practice.

Post to Facebook, Sina Weibo, and Twitter your progress from within the App. Encourage your friends to play and brag to your colleagues to provide motivation and encouragement to accelerate your learning.
